Bill did a great job! We were very please with his attention to be detail and thoroughness; his report was 75 pages long and VERY easy to read. Although Bill would be an excellent inspector for a new home buyer, we hired Bill after living in our home for 9 years to look for issues that need attention. We live in a historic farmhouse on an island off the coast and he was very knowledgeable about the peculiarities of older homes.

Bill was gracious enough to take my call late on a Saturday afternoon and within minutes we had scheduled a home inspection for the following week. He went to the home on the date and at the time promised and conducted his inspection. Within hours of completion of his inspection, he produced a comprehensive report, lacking only the water and radon results which required outside testing.Those results are expected the first of the week. Bill has offered to respond to any questions that we have and we do expect to take him up on this offer once the remaining test results become available. He gets very high marks from us and we would not hesitate to employ him again or to recommend his services to others.

We were looking at buying a house but needed a quick turnaround; Bill was extremely accommodating and managed to fit us in at the last minute, given our situation. He was extremely thorough and prompt, sending the report basically as soon as the inspection concluded. He also spoke at length with us on the phone going over our various questions and made it clear he'd be available for any future questions we might have. 10/10 recommend!

We hired Bill to conduct an inspection on a home 2600 mi away. I so appreciated his professional attitude, willingness to help, answer questions and most of the all, the in-depth inspection he provided. The inspection report included videos, photos, descriptions of the problem. No part of the house was left uncovered. His honesty and integrity was amazing!
