Quite impressed. Very professional and thorough. Website was easy to navigate and communication is clear throughout the entire process. Report is well mapped out, easy to read and organized. Bill is down to earth, would recommend to any friends or family who need an inspection done for their home.

I have now had Bill come to inspect 2 properties and both times he was incredibly thorough. The first time, he found some major issues that the first inspector did not find and had the first inspector been as thorough as Bill we would not have proceeded with the sale. The second time he found several major issues and saved me a lot of money and time in repairs. Bill is who I will use for all future inspections as I look for another home and I highly recommend him!

Did a great job checked everything with persision. Took safety seriously and used a drone to look at the roof where he worked by himself. Stayed very professional.

Bill was excellent, knowledgeable, and patient which I needed as a first time home buyer! He was thorough in explaining each step of the inspection process and what he was doing or would recommend along the way. A friendly and kind man who shared tales of his time in the trade while we worked our way through 3 stories in 2 or so hours. His report was top notch and easy to understand which made working through the repair negotiations painless. He even stopped in earlier in the week to put a radon test in so I could have the results same day of my inspection since we were on a tight turn around deadline. He didn't even bat an eye when I asked him if I could sit down next to him and watch my sewer lines be scoped (very cool). Thanks Bill! You made my inspection way less scary and I can't thank you enough!

Bill has always been my recommendation for home inspectors, so when we needed an independent inspector, of course Bill was our guy! He is thorough, fair, and his detailed reports are second to none.

I am a first time home buyer and I will admit I was a little weary going into this. My realtor brought up an an inspection. This made me rather nervous; I did not know what to expect. One thing that stood out that Bill would "Go through the house with a fine tooth comb." I figured he was the man for the job.

When I met Bill I immediately realized he took his job seriously all while sharing some humor in the experience to calm my nerves. I ended up having two inspection on two homes. Bill blew me away with how thoroughly his inspection was. Not to mention his superior professionalism. The first inspection saved me a huge headache on a home that needed atleast $50,000 in repairs.

The second home went even quicker and reashured me that I was making a really good investment. I saved thousands of dollars. Mr. Elliot is honest, hard working and determined to give his clients the best experience. I would 100 percent recommend Mr. Elliot to anyone is search of a new home. My father was a broker for 30 years and he would often say "everyone needs a home." I might as well go ahead and adjust that old saying. "Everyone needs Bill Elliot to inspect their home."
